Worst Wendy's I've been to. Wendy's is usually a solid brand. I had a project close to this Wendy's & patronized its drive thru 3 times in 2 weeks. The food is fine. Getting it is the problem. At 11:10 am, they didn't have a #1 Combo ready, asked me to pull forward, then forgot about me. I had to go in and remind them about my order then still waited. Total wait was more than 15 mins for an order so unusual that Wendy's designated it "#1" on the menu. If the franchise owner or corporate rep had any competence, they would be monitoring online reviews like this. Seeing how bad reviews have plagued this location for months, though, that doesn't seem to be the case.

First time to this location, excellent food, courteous staff, clean facilities.

I'm sure I'm not the only one of the opinion that someone shouldn't have to wait for 30 minutes at the drive thru lane
