Horrible place. Good food horrible service. Was here 4hrs before I even got my food literally. Staff has a bad ass attitude and the manager is a big man with dreads who has the worst attitude I've ever encountered. DO NOT EAT HERE

Sigh. I used to love this place so much. Never crowded, great servers, bottomless mimosas and their silly chicken brunch dish. So good. I always bring my friends from out of town here. Unfortunately, last week we were hit with the real. A friend in our party decided to buy shots for everyone. Even though I wasn't participating lol, I definitely encouraged it! He came back from the nearby bar perplexed and with no shots. We asked what was up and he said the bar manager refused him service because "he didn't tip on the last round he got." Huh? He clearly wasn't done, that's why he ordered more...he planned to tip when he closed his tab. Instead of taking his order and making money for the restaurant of 10+ shots, he decided to get into an argument over a couple of bucks he thought he deserved as a manager! Not a bartender, the bar manager! WTF. Not to mention we were already there for over an hour eating and drinking. He was so bamboozled that he thought it was a joke. But alas, it was quite real. So sad. Not sure if I'll be back and I'm definitely not recommending it to friends as I usually do. :(((( One star for the food and another for the nice waitresses.

Food:

West Midtown Corner Tavern is my go-to spot simply because it works well for so many occasions. It has a great brunch menu with bottomless mimosas (great for the weekend), pretty good happy hour specials during the week (great for weekdays), and some of the most delicious Asian wings in the city (great for whenever).

Corner Tavern also hosts Texas Hold 'Em, trivia, and pool tournaments. Even if you don't play, it's still fun to watch.

Patio space is available, but its sidewalk patio space. However, due to the width of the sidewalk, you don't ever really feel as if pedestrians are right on top of you.

Food:

CT is my home bar in Atlanta! they have something going on almost every night like trivia, texas holdem poker, pint night, and. My favorite night is Saturday Night with the Karaoke. The bar tenders are so nice and they take care of you. The food is very good, and the brunch is to die for! If you are a mimosa person, try their bottomless mimosas on the weekend. They are a best seller. Patio is great for brunch, or a chill weekday evening with friends.

Had a Sunday brunch with a group of friends. The drinks and service were great until we decided to order food. After waiting approximately 45 minutes for the food, I told them to cancel the order. At which point the food miraculously appeared (free of charge), but looked horrendous and was not what we had ordered. I order eggs over easy with grits and bacon. I received eggs scrambled with a half strip of bacon. Literally a half strip of bacon.

I just did not understand how someone could allow that to pass for a good restaurant experience. Previously I hadn't had any trouble at Corner Tavern, but this experience completely changed my opinion of their establishment. The manager did make an attempt at an apology, but I feel it was too little too late. Avoid if possible.
