Food:

After I missed our scheduled appointment and had to reschedule the staff could not have been more wonderful. Jamie spend over and hour with us touring the facility and answering all of our questions. She agreed to let us set up two more visits with our Dad to make sure we had all the necessary information. We spoke to a resident in the parking lot prior to entering and he had only great things to say about the facility. If I was older I would move in at a moments notice!

Food:

I have met with Jamie three times. She is very professional, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She took all the time I needed to show me around and answer my questions. I never felt rushed. She even referred me to professionals in the area that are helping me with other issues. The facility is beautiful. I can't wait to move my sister into Meridian Westland.

Food:

The structure and décor was clean and nice. People here seemed to drive, as my mother also continues to do. In this regard, this center was a good fit. However, staff...VERY RUDE! I met with Jamie to discuss my mother moving in. This woman is very abrasive and offensive! Her attitude was that she didn't not need my mother at her retirement center and was pretty condescending! I was rushed thru a tour and told that she was the reason the center was full and thta her day is very busy. Ended up taking my mother to a different center which was significantly more expensive, but I do feel that my mother will be better cared for.
