Really nice hotel. I was only there to get a drink but it was a very pleasant experience.

Downtown service was great. Parking costs extra & we weren't made aware of the proper parking area until AFTER we received a ticket

Clean rooms. check out at noon. Slow wifi no fridge or pool or microwave but close to everything downtown

The front desk person is very rude. Parked in un-parking spot. Honestly don't think he should be in a customer service job. And a stain on the bed. Other then that pretty great view and nice place. ✌

Absolutely horrible! Filthy floors. Dirty elevators. Rooms were partially cleaned, if that! Management made up every excuse but basically this hotel has been neglected. Dust was unbelievable under furniture. Phone in room was dirty. Night stands had drink ring marks on them. Carpet was not vacuumed. We asked to be moved out of this hotel immediately. Total neglect. Yuck!!
We came in off of a Holland America Cruise Late June 2015. Manager of Holland was terrific and immediately moved us. I want to note that the Westmark in Fairbanks was top notch. No comparison!
