After waiting in line over 15minutes, my order was taken, I was charged and didn't receive all my food. Called twice to let them know and there was no answer. Now I'm stuck in a meeting until noon and have to hope they will give my money back. Unacceptable!

Good food, but terrible wait through the drive thru. We waited about 30 minutes... Unreal.

Apparently this is something pretty popular in Texas. Burger quality is not as great as say... In N Out, but it has some pretty good burgers on the cheap! I like how they use big pieces of chicken inside the burgers. Not that bad if you ask me!

I watched at least 6 people who arrived after me all get their food before me. I get that it's busy, but that's unreasonable.

Edit: They did take corrective action, they refunded me and two other patrons who had apparently been forgotten and gave us tickets for a free future visit.
