I came straight out of work to this Whataburger place to get me something to eat. The employees there kept talking to the guy in front of us, We waited there on the drive thru for about 45 minutes after placing our order! I was with my mom and she got tired of waiting on them and they kept talking so she beep at them to hurry it up! The guy in front left and when we pulled up to the window the 2 black girls that were working there didnt even acknowledge us! They were too busy counting the money out of the register! My mom was about to go in and talk to the Manager but I told her to not do it because they might do something to my burger!

So we left and did not buy anything from there after waiting 45 minutes! And Im not going back to this restaurant ever again! Really bad customer service! And those 2 girls should be fired!

My husband and I both went into the bathroom and were so disgusted afterwards, we decided to leave. The female bathroom was covered in pee everywhere you looked, floor, toilet, toilet paper holder, just drenched in piss. The male bathroom had a burnt used condom on the sink, urinal was stuffed with toilet paper. Needless to say we were skeptical about the joint and left

I'm very upset everything I asked them not to put on my Burger was on there I even asked them to read it back to me which they did but yet my order was still wrong.

pulled up to te Drive thru at 7:05 am. Not much happing here at that time. there where 2 other cars in the parking lot and 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. If a car hadn't pulled up and blocked me in I would have left. It took 25 minuets from the time I ordered to the time I pulled up to the window. At the window After paying, they asked me to pull forward until they finished making my order. I politely refused and at 33 minuets I received my order. It was frustrating to watch 2 Whataburger employees take 10 minuets to dump one bag of trash while customers wait and wait and wait. I did call and complain and after receving attitude for my complaint. I decided I should go elsewhere next time.

If you come to this location you will wait and wait and wait and wait and not get what you ordered.
