Do not go here for coffee.
My coffee was water down and lukewarm. Like WTF. Never again.

I went thru the drive thru around 6:30 am on a Friday 4/8/16. Whatever crew working at this this time at this location .. freaking SUX... Big Time. I'm disgusted right now, I'm at work, tired, with some nasty ass coffee.

Wish I would have read these reviews, before stopping. Waste of time and money.

Literally asked three times while going through the drive through for ketchup. Got home - no ketchup. Unfortunately this was my last stop out of Texas and moving up to Minnesota and thought this would be a memorable last food stop; turned out to be memorable for the wrong reasons. How hard is it to remember KETCHUP.

Was just in the drive thru at this location, 3:30am, morning of 03/03/16. I ordered a sausage bob and a large DIET Dr. Pepper. The guy working the drive thru said "a Dr. Pepper and what else?" I repeat myself and he says "ok a Dr. Pepper and a sausage bob." No, it's Diet Dr. Pepper, I say again. "Yeah large Dr. Pepper and a sausage bob." Diet Dr. Pepper, I say, yet again as they are different and I don't like regular Dr. Pepper and isn't the point of repeating the order back supposed to be for accuracy? Anyway, then the guy gets clearly irritated that I keep correcting him and in his irritated tone says "yeah I got it, what else you want?" I told him to forget it and went to JITB. Who's running the show there at night where employees don't feel the need to pay attention to customers, detail and are comfortable being rude to them on top of that?

The lady working this morning taking orders was the most pleasant employee I've ever experienced. Good job whataburger. Give her a raise. The food was awesome as always.

Justin tonight this water burger so trashed in the seating area it's disgusting that the tables are clean the bathroom is out of paper towels there's food all over the floor the manager leaves food stick on top of the fryer while still cooking even though it's already been cooked It's sad when the day comes that a Texas Chain bowls down to the liberal Obama side says they don't want people to practice their second constitutional right and have a gun on their hip when they come in the restaurant they don't want our business no more thats fine its plenty other places to eat so until they respect the Second Amendment and respect true Texans then I as well as others will no longer eat in their business pathetic this business has gone liberal and we were so proud to have it as a Texas fast food now it's a disgrace to Texas saying that it makes their employees feel uncomfortable or maybe they should educate their employees that the people who usually carry are trained and are the people you want around 4 when somebody robbed the store what a joke this place is became
