Whataburger, Dallas, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Food:

Woman at the register lacked basic comprehension skills; my fiancé ordered a meal, after which I asked for large fries and a drink. What we received was his meal only. This was brought up to the employee, who still didn't seem to understand the concept of two people ordering more than just one burger and fries. It was a frustrating experience.

Absolutely amazing. We haven't had whataburger in 8 years and it was better than we could have imagined !!!

I did like nothing about this whataburger had a interview yesterday in the manager went to the back to get her friend just to see if she wanted to hire me or not what type of whataburger or coworkers do y'all have in there I won't be back till y'all get new people

HORRIBLE SERVICE
When my sister ordered, the cashier completely ignored her and instead told something to his coworker. He wasn't courteous at all. When we got our order, I didn't get the gravy that comes with the #13, the fries were stale, little salt and not enough for a medium size. My chicken strips and toast was warm and squishy instead of hot and toasty/crispy. It was disgusting. Never have experienced this at other Whataburgers. By far the worst!

I will never go to this Whataburger again!!! I've been three times and all three times were HORRIBLE experiences!! The first time there was a near 25 minute wait with only two cars ahead of me, then once I finally got my food the cashier tried to short me on my change. Second time girl was rude, the last and final straw was the under cooked meat. This store is terribly managed or the owner simply does not care. I'll continue to drive to the one on NW Hwy/Marsh, they never disappoint.
