Whataburger, Dallas, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Food:

Never again will i go here havent ate whataburger in a while decided to go to this one! Ordered two double whataburgers a buffalo ranch chicken sandwich an order of fries and an apple and lemon pie yes a very big order so i understand some things can be messed up. Well got one burger two apple pies and very soggy fries had to go back inside to get rest of order we decided to get an extra lemon pie instead of taking back one of the apples we buy the pie the lady gives us to much change back so we try and give her the amount back she takes off before you can hand it to her so we set it on the counter and let her know we gave her the change back she rolls her eyes and walks away well we could have just kept it but whatever! We wait 15 minutes for kne burger with no one in the restaurant and very few cars in drive thru! They have at least ten staff members walking around talking and laugjing not doing anything while we wait and our food in the car is getting cold we get home to eat because we are starving open up the buffalo sandwich and it looks like someone stuck their finger right through the paper and sandwich bread! Ewwww! Then we get charged for cheese on the burgers no cheese and one had mayo and other had mustard?? WHAT!? Since when does whataburgers come with mayo on it!? Apple pies and lemon pies were very old and stale i refuse to eat here again and advise anyone else to do the same you will be disappointed id rather eat mcdonalds or cat food either or would have been better cheaper faster and had better customer service!!!!

I go to get me some breakfast at my normal time at 4:15 and tell me it's going to take them 30 mins to clean some vents or whatever.......first time in a year that has EVER happened. They will not get my business again. That just ddnt make any sense

I walked in there was a worker and a worker of the clock being loud and using inappropriate words in front of I and other customers...the lady taking my order asked me 3 times what I wanted after I stated it them 3 times. I felt uncomfortable and left my husband inside to order. When I got my food my order was sloppy and cold.smh the worst experience I have ever had. Before they had a nice professional gentlemen that would work drive thru and he was awesome. Pls teach or hire workers who are professional

I don't even wanna give this a 1 star rating. This place sucks and it's filled with bugs. Bugs everywhere! I love Whataburger but this place deminishes that very name. I saw more people clock out of their shifts than orders being out. Why? And why was I waiting for 40 minutes for my order to be taken? Why does nobody clean the tables? Why is Taco Bell better? Bet they can't answer that!

Went to whataburger early in the morning, there's trucks in the drive way unloading while the diesel engine is so loud I can't hear myself think. I'm waiting minutes for them to take my order, but I couldn't hear anyways,come to find out they close when a delivery truck delivers their goods, I try to go inside, doors locked, who closes when a delivery truck comes to unload? I thought this was a 24 hr establishment. I contacted corporate about it and they have a Greg the manager contact me, I missed his call and I tried to call Gregory back 4x, he's always busy and can't come to the phone, well guess what Greg I'm too busy to pull out my money for you to take. He only called because corporate got onto him when I mentioned I wasn't going to return. I since then went somewhere else for my food fix.
