Food is good, what you'd expect. The service could be a lot better, but not the worst.

Trying to place my order, person at the order board kept speaking over me and not listening to my order. Asked for light ice in my drink, and after I finished my drink the cup was still 90% full of ice. Fries were overcooked (sitting in the warmer way too long), cold and mushy. This place used to have decent food, which at least made up for the lack of customer service, but now the food is bad too. Won't be going back to this store any time soon.

Food:

No customer service, there employees don't and won't get your order right. Then they argue with that can't get your right, or get your money back. Eat somewhere else....
