Food:

Service was bad. The staff ignores you if they're not the one working the register. Plenty of staff was just chatting and would yell "counter help" or something when a customer would walk in. They didn't even say hello to the customers. The lady in a white shirt, whom I expected to be a manager, was no different. The food wasn't very good either. I usually expect a lot more from Whataburger.

I haven't been to this location in quite some time. Very nice experience this time around. It was very busy. But not a problem tonight. The staff was on point. The manager John R was the one to help me. I was in and out less than 10 min. I will return

I came today at 9 the cashier was lovely but the manager named kasandra sooooo rude.. I asked her three times for ketchup and she made me wait a good 8 minutes to just reach under the counter. The rude thing is when I asked her the third time she left to the back, I had to ask someone else for ketchup.. Whataburger please get yourself a manager that wants to work and that is nice.

TERRIBLE LOCATION! Lazy employees, management lacks intellect and common sense! They are prideful liars and laugh at the customers. Shameful in such a great state. Low level!!!!!

Poor service and customer service. I placed a drive thru order and got home to realize half my order was missing. I returned to get the other half of my food and the manager was just pathetic. She asked them to fix my food because I didn't get it in my drive-through order. After waiting about five minutes, they found a bag with my food sitting. She then gave me the cold food that I had ordered 20 minutes earlier. They need new staff fast!
