Charles is the Manager on what is refered to as the early bird shift. Every customer who walks into his restaurant, gets individualized attention. He remembers names, birthdays, children's names, and, makes sure everyone gets what they ordered hot ,and ,fresh. Manager Charles, and, his hand picked, top notch crew, are a class act.

Poor service. Cashier was frustrated with me for asking questions about the menu. I could have went anywhere else to get my food.

I came in almost dying from hunger I literally fell through the entrance. Luckily I was in the right place to satisfy my empty stomach. As I laid there unconscious the manager quickly came to assist me an did what any good humanitarian would do ... she quickly set up an IV with their one and only spicy ketchup. Who knew that stuff would save my life. I quickly regained my consciousness and was able to open my eyes to the sight of a beautiful Whataburger employee who could have been a Victoria secret model. She then gently lifted my head and started hand feeding there original Whataburger I felt like a baby being cradled by an angel. The meat was so savory and juicy as it slid down my throat accompanied by there fresh lettuce and condiments. My life was saved by an angel that day I will always remember Whataburger as my savior and guardian angel.

Messed up my order maybe the night shift can't count or messing around in the store is more important then customers.

Did the drive thru with my wife.. Service was great. They did forget part of my order, but by the time I drove around to go back, the manager came running out to give me what they had forgotten. But the burgers were lukewarm, fries were cold, onion rings tasted like old, burnt fryer oil and we're so soggy and oily they could've lubed up a small car.. This used to be my favorite burger spot.
