Whataburger, Fort Worth, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Food:

Came in for a quick lunch. Ordered the apple cranberry chicken salad. The lady took my order wrong. She didn't charge for the chicken. Then the cook yelled out, "did she want chicken? Grilled or crispy?" I said crispy and they brought out grilled. Ugh! People please open your ears and listen. My order was not that hard.

Food:

This will be the last time I come to this Whataburger. I have been waiting in the drive through for 22 minutes and the car in front of me still has not got their food, let alone me! They brought my drinks out early but they were wrong to. This is not the first time I have had this experience here, but it will be my last. This is ridiculous!

Update: after waiting 25 minutes they asked me to pull to the front and told me my food was almost ready. I went inside to hurry up the process and was handed the wrong order. They had to make my food while I waited again. Total time to receive Whataburger drive-thru was 40 minutes.

Food:

This is the worst Whatabuger. I stopped going here over a year ago because of poor service and disrespectful women that work here. It closed down shortly after that for renovation. Went today for Mothers Day because that is what my wife wanted and I will never go back. More horrible service and no respect. No thank you or I'm sorry for screwing up my order and the orders of the four other people in front of me in line. I hope the franchise reads this and fixes the problem or should lose the franchise. There should be an option for zero stars!!!!!!

I love whataburger and this is no doubt the absolute worst location I have ever visited. I actually live within a mile and would rather drive another 5 miles to find a different one to eat. If you visit expecting your food wrong, slow service, and staff that really doesn't give a damn about what a customer actually needs. If there was an option for 0 or negative stars this location would qualify.

One of the workers whose name is WINTER is who makes this place amazing. I asked for a bandaid cause i had cutten my finger & she left and brought me 2 bandaids & alcohol wipes ...
