Whataburger, Houston, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARRY A SIDEARM WENT HERE ORDERED MY FOOD PAYED. Then the manager comes out and tells us to leave bc im open carry. Saying it was a whataburger matter when i have been to the majority of them in houston with out a word. By the way no sign is on the window saying otherwise.....

The burgers were amazing!
And the Monterey sandwich was delicious!!
Place was clean and nice!
Gonna come here again!!!

Meal was fast but I was missing items from my order kid meal with no drink no frys no cookie
I would have return to complain but the food was good and fast

Best and friendliest service in all Houston. Some of the best food too. Usually quick, though the onion rings can take a little longer -- but they're worth the wait.

Very poor customer service. Older Caucasian male was highly rude to me when i placed an order and he got it wrong. Even after i confirmed my order with him at the drive thru window. I made it home and realized my order was incomplete and went back to just get a refund. I was very polite even though i was tired after a long day at work. All i wanted was a refund and he gave me a hard time. Once he finally gave me a refund i told him " thanks, have a great night." and his response as he was closing the window was " yea, if you don't come back." I believe he was a manager but, I'm not quite sure. I felt completely disrespected and do not plan on returning.
