Whataburger, Houston, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

These employees are soooo damn slow!!!! Every inner of them!!!! They walk outside so slow as if they hate their job!! Never again!!!!! Hated it!!!

I love whataburger,and any of the whataburgers in north houston are great, but i just want to complain because they forgot to give me my TOASTED BREAD with my whatachick in strips ):

I enjoy Whataburger products. This review is not about Whataburger but the employees at this location. I do not eat fast food much but the handfull of times i've been to this location over the 4 years I worked down the road i do not get good service. I have not said anything untill now because i really am not one to post reviews but this last time it was too much. The resttauraunt was not busy, i was the first up to the register and somebody got inline behind me, they were served first? then when the cashier was taking my order she was half talking with a co worker about personal life, I felt as if I was second. I wanted to upgrade my drink to a larger size, she looked at me as if i was asking her to do something special? then when my order was ready i had to go get it, the customers before me had their orders brought to them with napkins and sauces? then when i got my order my drink was still the wrong size even though on my receipt it showed i paid for the upgrade. it was terrible and i would hold off on going there untill this paticular cashier get fired or finds another job. I have been there before and the manager greets you with a smile and is very nice.

Food was alright I guess, I'm not really a fan of Whataburger but it is next to the hotel I was staying at. It was really the serviced that sucked. I kinda felt that maybe it's cause I'm white, but I couldn't be sure. It just seemed that I was the only one getting the lousy service. I could say more but this is fast food and you have to expect a certain amount of things less than par.

The cashier was making my fries when she was picking at her ear and the survice was the worst I have ever had it was a tarrible place and experience I have ever had in my like I wish I could give y'all lest stars
