Whataburger, Houston, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Food:

I dropped my wallet and en employee found it. They refuse to tell me who. Of course it's because all of the money was stolen out of it. This place is two minutes from where I live, but I will never return to this location.

Food:

I use to work at whataburger. This one anyway. But left due to needing more hours. And i went there at 2 am and got 2 separate orders. In doing so i asked from ketchup and was told i couldnt have the amount i was asking for, from the store manager. Its not like i asked for the whole store. Dont go here. Its not worth the now rude serve. Most of the crew is pretty nice. But the new manager Moe sucks. I wasnt being mean just asked. Sorry.. Telling the truth!

Completely unacceptable!! We ordered a bacon cheeseburger and received a sandwich with no "burger" on it. There was cheese, bacon, and vegetables, but NO BEEF! That's just not okay. Of course, when I called, the mgr offered to correct it if I wanted to come back or replace it the next day with the receipt; but that still doesn't fix my present circumstances!! I am completely disappointed!!

Today, it was pouring at this location. I mean pouring!!!!! I had to leave before my wife and daughters so they stayed behind to try to wait out the storm. The manager went the extra 10 miles to look for an umbrella to walk my daughters and wife to the car. He ended up being soaked for making sure the umbrella covered my family. This manager deserved recognition. Corporate should take note.

Not happy with any Whataburger location so far this year. It's been about 2 months since I have been here and it will be twice as long until I return if not more. The lady at the drive thru seemed to have a hard time hearing or understanding me because she kept interrupting my answer to ask what I just said. Very simple order "combo 22, bacon with coffee" which is a bacon egg cheese buiscut she entered it as 22 sausage coffee. She ended up serving me a breakfast on a bun and short changing me. This was right at 6 am on June 20 2015 at store 131.
