Whataburger, Phoenix, Arizona, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

I've been there 3 in the past week and every time the messed up my order. Seems like the workers are mentally disabled. Skip it if you can

Honestly, some of the worst fast-food I've ever had; and I've had some pretty bad fast-food. The burger was dry and tasteless. The fries and onion rings were completely inedible. I don't know if it was the potatoes and/or the onion, or the oil they were fried in, but they both tasted terrible. The place itself was depressing, with what looked to be like local hookers and drug addicts hanging out. This was the first time I've ever eaten at a Whataburger and it will definitely be the last.

Stopped here on long drive home as I had never had Whataburger before. Staff was friendly for it being 930 at night. Order took a while but they offered me a free pie to make up for it. The delay was something about having to turn the fryers on for my chicken sandwich which is weird because it's supposed to be open 24 hours so why would the fryer be off?

Anyway, the food... fries were good but the chicken sandwich... was completely raw on the inside. It took me three bites to realize something was off because I was eating in the dark of my car while driving. When I popped on the light the entirety of the inside of the patty was bright pink and gelatinous. I still had 3 hours of driving to go after this realization... I consider it a minor miracle the food poisoning held off until I got home

Didn't serve me because I was deaf. Never go there again! Do not go there they hate deaf people. I been try to order 2 different time and they refuse my order.

I keep waiting to hit this place on a bad day, but it never happens. This place has awesome employees. I am always greeted by cheerful and happy employees. Sometimes it even makes my day. The manager of this place needs to bottle whatever he's feeding them. So five stars for Whataburger on Indian School Road.
