Food:

My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat and this Whataburger has top notch customer service. The employees were very friendly and made sure everything was good with our food. It was a very nice change from the service you typically get at fast food restaurants.

Food:

No place like Whataburger for GOOD burgers, anywhere in the South. When I've lived elsewhere, I CRAVE this!
This particular location has some problems, however... slow service, most frequent issue. That said, never gotten home with wrong order!

I've never had a problem with this whataburger on Brentwood stair but every since this girl irvery or how ever you spell the girl name became the team leader on nights she has been completely rude. She talks over you while your trying to order and talks extremely fast. So when I got to the window I asked who took my order and the young lady at the window pointed out the team leader and said her name was ivery and that she was the one who took my order. I've been a dedicated customer for I don't know how long and after this lady done this 2 to 3 times on different visits I think I'll just keep my money in my pocket and go elsewhere. I mean I couldn't finish saying my order before she cut me off. Very unprofessional. Whom ever promoted her made a huge mistake. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The workers are extremely friendly and courteous. Make you feel very welcome!

Food sloppy service is bad drive thru time is always 15 -20 min wait.
Ask for grape jelly they give you strawberry drink is always dripping the beverage on your clothes or on yout car door or seat
