Whataburger, San Antonio, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Whataburger has to have the best customer service in the business. I will eat at a Whataburger before McDonalds or Burger king...I have never been disappointed at any Whatanurgers

Ordered a whataburger meal. I was half way through my burger when I noticed that the patty was still raw in the middle. Took it to counter and they replaced it with a whataburger Jr. I didn't need a whole large burger.

disappointed in the manager and customer service.
My girlfriend had kindly asked if the employees can wear gloves when handling our food,when the cashier asked for her manager, the manager tells us, "what?". secondly, When my girlfriend had repeated the question to her about wearing gloves when handling our food ,the manager's response was, " if they don't want to, we don't have to. & it's not an requirement for us to wear gloves."
We were extremely upset with how she responded to us, especially declining a customers request. Of course we went to another location in which received better service and our request was handed perfectly,as we walked out of the whataburger on Vance jackson & 410, The stupid manager shouts , " have a nice day. "
Moral of the story, if you want shitty service from a sorry manager, then this is the location for you and I hope the manager gets slapped in the face with a patty melt.

Half and half some of the staff were very polite and cool like the gay dude Daniel , he was super nice and helpful but the little skinny black girl who gave me my order was very rude. All I did was ask for a spicy ketchup packet with the #4 (very politely) because the #s signify how spicy it is , Idunno if she just didn't get it but she starred at me for a long time and then gave me one packet with a #4 on it and rolled her eyes and walked away

Customer service top notch. Whataburger Patty Melt wasn't hot enough for my liking, but the taste was as good as fast food gets. Added jalepenos. Onion rings were perfect, fries were normal. I'll try ordering the melt cooked longer next time. Clean, well run establishment.
