Whataburger, San Antonio, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Sucks to pay for a meal and to only receive half realizing this once I was home already! What's the point on calling to drive back to pick up my missing food... Just double check the orders it's not that hard! Sorry not Sorry!

Waiting 30 minutes or more in the drive thru at 10:30PM. Ridiculous.

Nothing the burgers were soggy and omg the fries suck. I always thought wharaburger had the best fries but the were too salty n hard overcooked , they didnt answer at all i called atleast 4 times. I just wanted to let them know so they could try to fix the fries before others missed out on a "whataburger" meal .

Always take forever for food. Weather it be drive thru or inside. Seriously it's not that difficult to flip and put in a bag

I ordered the HONEY BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich with no BBQ sauce and the drive-thru cashier repeated my order to me saying, "yes, dry with no sauce". The receipt stated "DRY", which also confirms the sandwich is to have no sauce. I received my order and left. When I checked my meal, the sandwich had extra sauce. I called to tell the manager and she said they can fix it if I came back, which I could not do because it was my lunch break hour. This incident happened 3 times; the exact same mistake. I will no longer go to this Whataburger located at 3500 S.New Braunfels in San Antonio, Texas due to this repeated mistake.
