White Castle is only good for one thing living close by and having nothing else open at the same time if you want to eat late I hate here last week and got really sick the next day so I don't recommend White Castle weather at this place or any other White Castle for the simple reason that the meat just doesn't taste like meat should that simple

The Best Service I've gotten at a White Castle the Team Member we Got was #942 he was very patient taking our order and very Friendly he needs a Raise because that's Good Customer Service I am very Pleased and will be coming back here!!!!

If I could give it NO Stars I would...Strike 2.... Went to this Addison location hoping that the employment was as good as the newly built building. I was wrong. I went threw the drive threw around 2:45pm. 6/15/15. One car in front of me and No one inside. Besides they are rude it took forever. I got home and distributed the food. I I am glad I have to sit and watch my daughter eat her food. There was a piece of plastic in her burger. It was actually in her mouth and I pulled it out. I called to speak to the manager (yannitsa not spelled correctly) but I'm sure they can figure out who was on duty. I told her about the piece of plastic in my daughter's burger. She told me that they use dehydrated onions that that'sWhat it could be. I continued to tell her ma'am I'm positive it's a plastic. She said well I was cooking and there is no plastic. Was it a cheese burger, it could have been from that. (thought there was no plastic by you).She said do you have the burger, I said no I took the rest apart and checked it but I do have this plastic piece. She then said ok. What do you want me to do.... After that I will now be contacting corporate with a picture.I do have my receipt as well.

Since they built the new restaurant it's the worst service ever I've waited 15 to 20 minutes in the drive thru I park my car and walked in and waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge me the service in the new White Castle sucks go to McDonalds
