Came to the drive thru. There was only 2 cars here. 1 had already placed its order and i was up next. So i was there for a good 2 minutes deciding on what to get for me and my son. The guy had still not said word. So all i said was a "hello?" And i got nothing. So i beeped my car once and the guy screamed "CAN YOU PLEASE WAIT!?" I drove off because my son heard all of this but if i was by myself i wouldve parked my car and came inside to talk to a manager. Thats just horrible to say to someone whos trying to order food. If you are busy, can you atleast let me know and tell me that you'll get back to me? Instead the first things i hear from him is a loud "can you please wait!?" I wish to be contacted. That was just horrible horrible customer service.

I am not the biggest fan of this White Castle.. On my last trip there the sliders did not taste right like they were sitting there all day and were reheated... and the french fries tasted like they were refried about 5 times and were still soggy... Avoid at all cost

Don't let its appearance steer you away. Inside this tiny brick box are some of the nicest fast food employees I've ever encountered. Manager Lisa was sweet as can be, taking my order with a smile and keeping those waiting up to date with their order status. Also, my onion rings were literally perfectly cooked. Seriously perfect. Go here for your slider fix.

I work at John Stroger midnights for 15yrs so basically theres only a few restaurants open in the area and i notice that over the pass year or so this white castle has totally fell off,everytime i ask for fresh burgers off the grill,they say ok and do not deliver,my fries taste like re-fried fries,the ridge around my burger was a different color from the rest of the meat, i just left there and tried to call the restaurant to complain and the line is busy like always because I tried to call before,six months ago they were selling spoiled meat and you can smell it.I called white castle corp. and was never compensated,this place needs to be closed down,and to the employees that work there i know that your probably overworked and under paid,but is that my fault,im a paying customer,you guys should take more pride in what your serving,your probably giving customers food poisoning by being lazy and triffling,the way I feel is that I will never come back to this establishment let alone want another whitecastle,this was a horrific experience.
