White Castle, Cincinnati, Ohio, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

They made me late for work every wednesday, I wait at the window for about 6 min, then they come get my money and i wait another 6 min. to recieve my food. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, the workers there are rude, they talk and joke with each other like its no customers are there, they need to either close this location or fire all the workers and hire more professional people to work this store.

white castles is good. but this one is meh

My name is Aaron and g was almost beat up by a big black man in this white castle store, but I protected myself and g was able to run this person away before he harmed me and others even a employer, and now this manger at this store just told me that I was to never come back in this white castle, what a way to treat a customer that was just trying to help, thx's a lot

The man that took my order in drive thru was so rude and disrespectful. Then I waited over twenty min to get my food so I ended up leaving without any food. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down.
