Overall it was an awesome store and everyone I encountered was super friendly. Only downside was the rice salad I bought from the salad bar was hard. Ah and my friend had a hair in her gelato...

Food:

We stopped here while driving cross country. The employees were so friendly and helpful. A kind gentleman in seafood even let my excited children pet (with gloved hands) an octopus. Great experience.

Food:

Having worked for the company, this is the worst location I have ever been. The employees have no personality and the ones that do are just rude and enthused. We shop here weekly because unfortunately it is the only place with certain items we need, but I wish we had a better option locally.

Tried the hot bar 15+ times for the convenience and every time is a disappointment. It is poorly kept and rarely checked, the soup station is an absolute disaster. The food is often times not fresh and is apparent not only by appearance and quality, but by the fact that if I come in on a Thursday, it is still in the hot bar on Sunday. That is unacceptable for the amount of $$ per pound that is charged.

I have given up on buying fresh produce here because it often goes bad within a day or two. The best part of this whole foods is in the front there is a gelato bar, which is always well kept and delicious. Otherwise, avoid this &$%&show at all costs.

I can taste days of some dirty fridge on these "fresh" rolls i just bought. Surely you think that people who would pay $4 for a 250 gram loaf of bread would be able to taste that you had it in the damn fridge. Boooooooo. Booooooooo.

I have been a loyal customer for many , many years. I traveled for work and would look for a whole foods in the area. I was almost always satisfied with the quality and service. I visited this store on Sunday July 12th with my sister who had just flown in from Scottsdale Arizona. I live 2 hours from Nashville so we stocked up and brought our freezer bags to ensure what we purchased would make the ride. Our checkout experience was so disappointing. The cashier "Megan" had a horrible attitude and seem to be put out that we requested to have our freezer and refrigerated items placed in these bags, She is a poor example and representation of whole foods and I hope management looks at her closely. I did not say anything while I was in the store , especially since I was there for over 2 hours but as my sister and I talked on the way home we both felt the same way.
