this was the worst wings and french fries i have never eaten,unseasoned french fries no flavor,the wings were row,underdone and very very grease,so i told him and they put them back in the fryer, after a few minutes they gave me the same wings and very very grease again,i ate 4 wings because was hungry,that was my first and last time eating there,not even the price was good.

Horrible Customer service as soon as me and my finace walk in guy looked at us with a mean look didt greet us or anything of that nature, you get very little for the price Wingstop, Buffalo Wild Wings, Pluckers Give you better deals for gives you better deals for your buck and way better customer service, the food here looks like they buy it from the local Wall Mart, NEVER COMING BACK !!!

We had previously ordered for delivery. My son likes the food.

When we placed the delivery order tonight, they phoned when it was ready and asked why we hadn't picked up. When he said it was for delivery, they still insisted he pick it up. This was despite confirming the address AND providing payment over the phone.

When my son was almost there to pick up the order, the delivery driver arrived at our residence. I phoned the manager again, and requested a refund. He said he would be glad to do that, and he would also pick up the food.

Horrible, horrible customer service.
