Healthy food with a Korean American leaning.
Lean in to Wildflower Cafe. It's no nonsense & you get really delicious, healthy food.
Isn't it typically difficult to find any of these characteristics at an eaterie?
Not @ Wildflower cafe.
I recall the son of the owner working here. He was a lean, good-looking young man. He didn't want a cafe serving unhealthy food. He was an athlete.
The owners made a whole lot of fresh foods; some hot, some cold. Delicious dishes like: seaweed salad, buckwheat soba noodles with veggies, marinated tofu, steamed kale salad (my favorite!) and a whole lot of protein options like cold fresh turkey, baked chicken, beef meat balls, etc.
Feeling tired or stressed? Eat better! Get your food at Wildflower Cafe.
They're at the top of the "fresh" list for sure.

Wildflower is cafeteria style casual with no service per se'. The food is VERY fresh and made everyday since the restaurant is open only 4 hours per day. There is a combination of cooked food along with a salad bar, and a wide selection of healthy choices for vegans like me. As already noted, you are charged by the weight so it is possible to be surprised when you get to the cashier after piling a takeout style box high with food.

This is a pay-per-pound kind of place.
Food is neither good nor bad, nothing special.
It may be a good choice if you're on diet as you can pick as little as you need.
There is no service so you can get in and out in a few minutes.

very salty today. not just one item. many items.... too bad they need to rely on salt for flavor.

I would describe it as good cafeteria food. Service is non existant and the atmosphere is cafeteria. The cost of the food is by weight so if you order the right things it can be a good deal.
