05/03/2016 7:05 amI stopped going here about a year ago because they have horrible customer service. My crab ragoons were hard and they forgot some of my food I called and asked for a refund. Instead of doing that they cursed me and my brother out. It was so unprofessional. I had filed a report with the BBB against them because it was rude and unacceptable as a business. DO NOT EAT THERE! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. |

02/22/2016 12:18 amMy friend and I were very, very, VERY pleased with our first-time experience with Ho's. The food was delicious (they even gave us bonus chicken + sauce that we didn't order) and our delivery driver was very kind. The portions are GENEROUS #leftovers4dayz. We will definitely be ordering again! |

01/09/2016 4:55 amAll of the food has a weird fish oil taste and is very greasy and soggy. If you go in the restaurant to order you will be ignored for a long time. they value their delivery service customers more ( probably because they can't send the food back to the kitchen) over walk in orders. Also I have seen a cook smoking a cigarette while cooking. Don't believe me? Go around the back To the alley and you can look at the disgusting kitchen for yourself because they leave the doors open so they can smoke. Highly suggest going one block north to east garden, people there speak English and the food is authentic and fresh. |

12/19/2015 7:43 pmKeep in mind I rarely leave a bad review. I got sesame tofu. I couldn't eat it. It was mushy and the sauce had a strange flavor. When the delivery guy came he expected me to walk out to his car to pick it up, which seemed a little strange to me. If you're looking for Chinese food in the area, just go with No. 1 or East Garden. |

11/22/2015 12:58 amI am currently praying that I don't get sick from the raw meat in the fried dumplings. The entire place was just dirty. Little flies were everywhere. Very greasy egg rolls and burned a bit. Funny fishy oil taste with the crab rangoons. A tofu dish with things unidentifiable in it. General Tso chicken so generic it was probably a frozen package. Overall experience was negative. My party of 5 left most of our food and walked out. My wife said that the bathroom was so dirty and smelly that the kitchen probably wasn't much better. I should have known something was wrong when only one other table was eating at 6:00 on a Saturday night. This is no joke. It's a shame for I thought it may still be the place I remembered from my College days in he 80's. I am shocked the health department hasn't shut them down yet. Don't waste your money, this place has given up! |
