09/11/2015 2:02 amAlways a good meal, friendly and professional service, and also a place you could sit at the bar and have a flatbread and glass of wine solo. Plus a sound level, lighting and atmosphere that meant you could be with friends in a warm setting and not go home with a headache. Sad to hear they are closing. Thank you to the chefs and owners for serving us all well, with integrity and panache. |

12/08/2014 6:16 pmThe food deserves 5 stars but their staff 1. As we arrived to our reservation, i stated that 2 of our guest couldn't attend, they told us to wait to fix the table, which was understandable. Well the hostess never came back to tell us where it was or that it was ready, so i had to ask and she pointed at the table and said yes is ready. Our server could care less for the women at the table. I asked numerous times for the beer menu and every time he said OK, as soon as a male in the table asked for the wine menu, he ran to get it. I finally asked one more time and he brought it but gave me a nasty look. I have worked in the restaurant industry and being a big party he automatically got tip included, maybe why he didn't care to treat us well. Also we ordered dessert and coffee; we got our dessert first and coffee 15 minutes later, some of us didn't even get our coffee. I also called to reserve the private room and i was told it was booked, well it wasn't. It was wide open then entire time we were there. Better management is needed! |

08/08/2014 6:32 pmWorst lunch ever. My order was taken by a brash thiry-something waiter who seemed a little pissed at something. We ordered promptly and we got nothing, not even bread for 35 minutes. When I inquired as to where my food was, my waiter finally showed up and tapped the table and said it will be right up. Nothing but water was put on my table. Mind you, this was a simple lunch order! My wife and I got up and left 5 minutes after that. For an upscale restaurant, this is so unbelievable. Avoid ... purely for the fact that they hired some staff who behaved like that. I will never return. |

05/20/2014 2:57 pmI have only been here for lunch. The food is very tasty and has great and unique flavor combinations. I recommend it for a nicer business lunch. They have outdoor seating when the weathers nice. |

05/18/2014 9:28 pmI LOVE Willow! Granted, I've only been there twice, and both times were during Restaurant Week, but if their food then is any reflection of their regular menu(s), then I would definitely recommend visiting. My first time there, I had delicious squash blossoms, a yummy tomato/watermelon salad, and a superb strawberry shortcake. The second time around, I had an okay salad (I didn't like the bleu cheese), a pretty scrumptious "beggar's purse", and an absolutely fantastic coconut/white chocolate/raspberry layer cake. Their servers are pretty friendly, but note that their prices aren't what I would call very affordable... Still worth the splurge though, in my opinion! |
