My son was a little worried about eating at this place..We had just left the protective glow of Disneyland and lets face it being this close to the state behavior and mental building can being some strange people. But once inside the clean quiet atmosphere our smiling host made us feel at ease. Its just what we needed good food. Cooked well.delish ..good prices. Thank you for the reserved table and the hopitality as if we were in your home.

We found this great place while looking for a breakfast that made you feel right at home. Eggs Benedict were delicious. They had fresh baklava for sale, which we were giving a free taste with breakfast. And thus brought some back to the hotel to share. Hope to get a chance to return for lunch during our stay here.

I definitely think this place is a grrreat deal but to chalk it up as the "best eggs benedict in the OC" is a pretty big statement. I've had too many delicious eggs benedict breakfasts in NYC [Yes, and *even* at the $8 price] to think this is superb. I ordered it to-go and it just looked so sloppy... too much hollandaise sauce spilling over everywhere and the bread muffin was all soggy as though it had been sitting under the poached eggs for an hour rather than 15-minutes.
A good suggestion would be to separate the hollandaise sauce and/or bread for to-go orders. The lady who handed me my order was nice with instructions "to enjoy." Not sure if I would return unless I'm across the street.

Saw all the rave reviews so figured I had to try since my office is down the street. An older gentleman who appeared to be the owner running the register. Thought i was in Mayberry RFD with the owner scratching the orders on a pad and then entering the $ amount into the register. Surprised he had an electronic register.
Ordered the Gyro which comes with a greek salad. The wait was a little long considering there were not that many people there (it is a small place and only holds so many people). My food was unceremoniously delivered.
Gyro was good, nothing special and I thought on the small side. The greek salad was very ho hum and all of the lettuce had brown edges.
I believe the Yelp reviews are over generous.

This place is delicious. I had the Gyro and Salad with no onions and I can't wait to come back here again. The customer service is fantastic and feels so homey. Loved it here! The lunch line was fairly long, but we arrive just after noon and didn't have a problem getting out order in. I'll be back here again!
