Food:

Unsafe fire practices. Fire alarm went off at 5am. Entire hotel evacuated. Luckily rain had stopped. Waited 35 minutes with families with young children in street. No one in lobby entire time. Finally fire trucks arrived & able to go back in.
Later manager said they thought it might be a false alarm so they initially told the fire trucks not to come! Isn't that a job for the Fire Department to determine if is safe to go back?
Lots of elderly since it was Fiesta. No one checked to see if they were safe.
Obviously hotel property more important than people staying there

Food:

This place was disgusting. First they lost my reservation and said that someone called and to them to cancel my reservation. Which even after that supposedly happened they never notified me. Instead they just told me I was at the wrong place when I arrived.

We got that straightened out, and I got a room. I had reserved a king, but was put in a double bed because that's what they had left. That evening I went to take a shower and found what looked like a pubic hair in the shower. In addition there was plenty more short black hairs on the shower floor and around the toilet.

Needless to say I want be coming back.

Food:

We loved our stay! The hotel is situated right on the Riverwalk. You can exit the rear of the hotel and you are there. Staff as very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are spacious. Extremely clean and well cared for. Overall just a great place to stay.

I'm a local resident strolling along the river walk on my first date in YEARS. Thinking I was just going to have an ordinary night but we decided to have dinner at the Holiday Inn. The BEST decision ever. Rebecca the hostess & server, was just a joy & so sweet. But my complements go to the chef Aaron. Beyond expectations. Salmon had never tasted so good. My date loved his grilled chicken & pasta bowl. Magnificent!!!

Hotel and staff was absolutely amazing! We got married on riverwalk and stayed two nights here. We had 4 rooms for the weekend. From the time of arrival til checkout the staff mafe us feel as if we was family! They made sure our stay was great! The hotel is on perfect location of riverwalk. Its not on busy part but not to far away! Very quit and relaxing! Starbucks directly across the street which was a plus! We will be back here every year for anniversary and will not hesitate to book here every time! Rooms are amazing! Hard wood floors bath and body works lotion shampoo conditioner in every room! Great riverwalk views and city views from every room! Thanks for making our weekend extra special!
