Food:

We are a family of 6, we had a long day and decided to order some food. We decided on WingHo. We placed our order online and tried to be patient. After about 45-50 minutes we called the restaurant to check on our order. The person who answered the phone informed me that they didn't have a delivery driver so we were not getting our food but asked if we wanted to come pick it up (we declined) When I asked why he never called us to tell us that, he tried to say he never even got our order and the online ordering was through another company they routes the orders to the restaurant and I needed to contact them for a refund. I had a very hard day, my kids were hungry. I was very disappointed that they tried to say they never even recieved my online order, even though they asked if I could come pick it up?!! I will never order from them again!

I placed an order online at 5:30pm, it said it would arrive between 45-65 minutes. After 1 1/2 hours I still have not received my order and called to see where my order was. I sat on the phone for almost 10 minutes while the employee talked to another customer. After I told him the situation he replied..."we are very busy, sorry" and hung up! My husband called after that and they took our address and said the delivery driver left with our order 15 minutes ago. We live 5 minutes away. After over 2 hours and no food my husband called again, this time to cancel our order. The employee said he didn't have any online orders that he could see. So he LIED to us on the phone saying our order was on the way? Then proceeded to say if we want a refund to take it up with our bank??? I am so upset with Wing Ho's customer service after being a customer for 3 years. We used to love ordering from here, but I will be spreading the word to people NOT to eat here ever again because they do...

Food:

The salt and pepper fish is lightly breaded and very tasty. The wonton and hot and sour soups are packed with vegetables and delicious. This is one of the few Chinese restaurants around that still includes pineapple, tomato and green peppers in the sweet and sour dishes, and the sauce itself is good. But, pick up your order!

I tried to order from this place last night (45mins before they close). Place an online order. One and a half hours go by and still no food. I get a phone call from a gentleman who barely spoke English trying to get directions to my house. Another 2 hours go by. I try calling to see what is going on and nothing. My food never came. I looked at my bank today and got charged for food I NEVER received!!!!! SO UNBELIEVEABLY MAD RIGHT NOW!!!!!

i had ordered from here for the first time and it will be the last time i do!!! we had it delivered. the delivery time was to be 45-60 min, after waiting over a hour and a half i had called. a women answered and of course didn't speak English very well and told me to wait then hung up on me. about half hour later our food arrived, it was all cold inside and out. so i called back again, a man answered the phone. same situation as before, English was not well. i told him my complaint and the out come was we got no money off or no discount or so on another future order . i told him i didn't want to wait another 2hrs to wait to feed my family. he asked if i want to cancel my order he will come back and pick up my food. the fact is i ordered food and it was late,cold,not good at all as everything was not cooked well with things like the rice that was all stuck together, the crab rangoo didnt have hardly anything in them to give it an ounce of flavor, all in all i wouldnt order from this place again.
