This was my first time getting food from here tonight and I can say I'm never getting food from here again... 1.the lady on the phone was very rude and rushed me off the phone 2.my food was not even done I got sesame chicken and it was dark pink inside so I called back and I told the lady about she told me it was normal for it to be pink so I called another place they told me that's not normal I thought so I get this at another place and it was never pink I also got sweet and sour chicken and it was wet yes wet the only thing I got that was good was the white rice and there donuts the crab Rangoon was even nasty and I love crab Rangoon :( waste of 20.00 I would say fast deliver but I think I know why Cuz my food was not cooked all the way NEVER AGAIN EVER

I ordered food and was told that my order didnt go through. I found later on that the money had been taken out of my account but I couldn't get my food! They jacked me for $15.00!

It's okay. Online ordering is a nice feature and easy to use. Food is good and delivery is pretty quick.

I always love whatever I order here. And the people are nice! Some of the recipes have a soul food flavor to it that I don't taste at other chinese restuarants..... THAT's what I wrote 4 months ago.
Tonight I went in and ordered some food online for $8.35. She didn't even know what my order was and wanted me to give her my money I asked her to find my order. She found it and I gave her $20.00 and she gave me one dollar and some change back. I didn't notice the mistake until I went home. I went back and explained (the best I could because she doesn't speak English very well) that I gave her a $20.00 bill and find the order paper she threw in the trashcan. She yelled at me and said my order was $14.00 (HOW DOES THAT EXPLAIN ANYTHING) LOL. So I told her to find the paper and I gave her a $20 for the order. She denied it for a couple minutes and blamed it on how they had so many orders. That's fine and understandable, but don't yell at me and call me a liar. She doesn't speak English well so what can you do but keep repeating yourself. She gave me a ten dollar bill and said fine and then she yelled at me and told me "no more when I walk out the door that it!" I told her next time give me the correct change. Then she pointed at a security camera and told me that I'm on camera and blah blah blah. Geez lady. :-( that was a drag I'm not going back.
