Wing Shack, Orlando, Florida Restaurant Details

Food:

Walked in... waited 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged me even on a slow night and walked back out. Attempted a pick up order of wings the second time and the wings sucked... I live a 5m min walk from this place and it's unfortunate that this place blows.

Food:

The service is terrible. Food is disgusting. The beer is generic. This place sucks. Don't waste your time coming here. Trust it's not good at all.

I have been going to wing shack for two years now. They recently had new owners take over, and it's worse than it's EVER been. You wait forever for drinks and food or to even be waited on. Peggy the bartender made drinks and brought the drinks and promptly walked away and did take the money to pay for the drinks (it was on the bar) she walked away and did not come back for at least 10 minutes, we ended up leaving a 20.00 on the bar and the bartender ended up getting a much bigger tip than we had planned or she deserved. She stole her tip by not collecting monies when the drinks were served quite the scam that bartender has going on. I have sent emails to Daniel Mercado he apologized and made many excuses for his staff ( shes been with us a long time, he has only been a manager for 4 days etc.) offered gift cards, and for what to go back again and get the worst service possible (bartender was too busy stocking her beer for her closing work instead of serving customers) I never collected said gift cards I would much rather see excellent customer service not sugar coated gift cards. I have personally spent up to 105.00 on a bill at this restaurant and being stolen from by bartenders is the thanks you get!

I ordered the grilled wings and they are the best, the decor and tv's could be better for a sports bar but the service was outstanding, best wings in Orlando or otherwise.

The wings and burgers are almost always GREAT! Out of the 20-30 times I've been, only twice were the wings "undesirable". I only told them of the one time and they gave me a full credit to be used the following day! ($45.00!) (I'm sure if I told them it happened again, 2 weeks ago, they WOULD credit me again. I just didn't want to be known as a complainer) The Ranch dressing is sooooooooo GREAT! They've got great service all the time!

It is definitely a family favorite!
