04/03/2016 11:45 pmWaited for 30 minutes for my food $30. Worth, and when it arrived it was cold. They rendered a half assed apology saying they were busy and it had just come out. They lied as it was cold. When the manager ststed that she refunded me, she failed to give me a receipt of the refund. When I asked about it she stated it did not print and she couldnt print it, but she was sure it went through. I checked my Bank of America account which updates instantly, and it wasnt there. I notified the manager and she told me come in tomorrow if the refund doesnt come through. However she would not be in. 5 hours later my refund hasnt come though. It makes me believe she wasnt plannjng on refunding me and it was a ruse.I believe they have shoddy business practices, and have done this kind of thing before. I will not frequent this restaurant ever again! BEWARE! |

12/08/2015 11:22 pmThis Wing Stop Rocks! I was there for lunch and Isaac came up to my table to offer us something different from the menu. I of course like to order the same thing...Habanero Wings, but Isaac made me realize that I was missing the big picture from the menu. Now, I am eager to go back and order something different than the Habanero Wings or the teriyaki wings or the traditional atomic wings. I have to say his attention to detail and greeting towards the public is one of the best I have ever seen. To tell you the truth it is hard to find people like Isaac working hard at their job and taking pride in what they do. We will go there again and again, thanks to him and his employees. Awesome Job folks! |

02/26/2015 6:45 pm1 star is too much. Empty lobby when I ordered. Simple 20pc no sides. After 30 mins I asked for my money back. They didn't say sorry, didn't check on the status or the order. |
