Very professional, young Asian guy manning the front desk! To the point, on everything...

I was told my food would be delivered in 45 minutes, but it was not until almost 2 hours later. When the food did arrive, it was cold and and so overly seasoned, not even my dog would get near it!
When I called, managment was rude and uncooperative, hanging up on me midsentence.
If you want wings, the drive ANYWHERE else is worth it.

This place has terrible customer service and tried to milk me for every dime I had! I spent close to 75 bucks on wings and drinks and appetizers (mostly wings) and, not only did they forget the drinks I ordered, but I also didn't get a single container of ranch or bleu cheese. I called to ask about it and was told that dipping sauces don't come with wings at all and that I'd have to pay an additional 75 cents per container! The person I spoke to did inform me, however, that she would send the driver back out with my drinks. All of this happened around 10:30/11:00p.m. We waited around expecting that within the next hour the driver would call or come back around with the rest of my order. At 2:56 a.m. I got a call from the driver asking if it was still ok to bring the drinks by explaining that he would still have to go back to the store to pick them up and that if not he could bring them by sometime the next night. Needless to say, I will not be giving them any more of my money or time. I hope others have had a better experience than I but I certainly won't be giving them another opportunity.

Food:

Turned down a $60.00 order with a $20.00 tip on top just because we are .04 miles over their delivery limit.... I mean come on. LOL. Worst business plan ever created! Folks, that is just over 40% tip on top and this company turns the order down??? Thanks Wing Nuts but no thanks...I shall call Domino's.

We ordered some meatless wings a large order of fries - when delivered there was a large dead roach in the fries- seasoned to perfection.

Upon calling the establishment they were incredibly rude and refused to refund our meal unless we brought in the dead roach with the fries the following day to show them. This is not a good standard of customer service to have to prove this to the restaurant 24 hours later. If I could post a photo of the roach fries here i would.

I will never be eating at wingnuts again and would suggest the health department take a look
