I call thed 1st time to make an order for pick up "Isabel" (manager) asked for order, half way through my order she responded "so you're trying to llace an order" and then placed me on a long hold. Of course i hung uo, called back moments later spoke with "Miguel" who took my order just fine, placed me on a brief hold.. to my surprise "Isabel" answered the phone and tried to place me on hold again, not knowing i could hear the entire conversation that she was having with mr.Miguel in spanish (which im fluent in) she said "Oh its the same woman" and proceeded to curse and say things about me. I just cant believe the behavior of your "managers" this is totally unacceptable and very disappointing. This has been my worst experience with your chain of command!

I made an order online, and then recalled to make some changes to the order an employee under the name "Angelica" said she got my order correctly and it was being made. I got here 15 minutes exactly after I called and the ticket of my order was still on the counter not being made. Then the manager "Narcisa" rudely said "if I took too long to pick up the order it got "sent back"". (Which I wasn't late) Now I am waiting an additional 15 more minutes on their end of not sending my ticket to the kitchen. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BREWINGZ! Rude and unorganized employees!

Usually I'm a loyal customer here, we come like every week or every other week, but TODAY either the lady that's the manager, not trying to be rude but it's the best way I can describe her is she has a lot of moles on her neck and wears glasses.. She was SO RUDE! First they forgot to put Lemmon pepper on my wings, first world problem right? Then she continues to call me "Marin" after I tell her it "Lorraine" then, on the phone I got asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese I requested ranch and got nothing. When we told her she said so pay for it, and she walks away, I waited there until she came back and said "so can we get a medium ranch?" She says "if you can't see I don't have a registrar he does you may pay from him" so we do, as the ranch is ready for us to grab my boyfriend picks it up and she makes a smart remark, if I would've heard her correctly I would said something. I'm not a rude person but if you don't like working at brewingz then find a new career. This location is only 2 minutes from my home, but after today I'll be making the 15 minute drive to the one on crosstimbers.
