Wingstop, Arlington, Texas Restaurant Details

Ordered here twice. They always mest up on something. 1 time was undercooking the other was forgot season on my fries.

Takes a lot for me to write a petty ass review too

Beware Briah the cashier doesn't know how to count change plus she'll argue with you about it SMH!! I'd rather drive down to the otherside of green oaks Instead of this location

The coustomer service here is little to none. The employees don't know where the location is, the only sign is on the building tucked away, and they could care less about helping you find the location. Rude, talking about private topics while customers were waiting for their food. Went through the order like we were dumb. Handed us the food while continuing to talk amung themselves, one lady raised her eyebrows towards us. No receipt, and let us walk out without a "have a nice day, thank you come again".

Been going to this location for the last 3 yrs. Mostly its been hit or miss but lately, the service SUCKS. Ive been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt but I'm done. The young lady at the register could give damn about any type of customer service and again as the last 3 times no ranch, but practice makes perfect so I checked before leaving. Long story short, come here for the food but don't look for ANYTHING resembling customer service.

If you are wanting wingstop, take your money to a different location. I placed an order on the phone with a 10 min wait before i actually spoke with someone. Details such as all flats, extra seasoning on fries, and ranch were included in my order . When I go to pick up, my order was not as I had placed and the staff brushed it off like it was no big deal and could have cared less about my dissatisfaction.
Buy wingstop somewhere else or skip the franchise all together.
