Rude employees, they messed up my entire order, and the chicken was not even cooked all the way.

Always hot and fresh, although can be a little slow (even when you pre-order through their app)

Wouldnt even have given this 1 star but unfortunately you have to give something. A finger would have been better. Rude register girl with the "diamond" piercing. Ghetto as hell and so rude. Food is always cold. Never eating here again.

I love Wing stop and will always be a fan of other locations. This location is the worse one I have ever been to. Every time we go something always goes wrong. Either the food is sitting there waiting while the manager and employee is playing with their phone. Once I went and the food was super cold. Today, we went and the cashier was so rude. In addition to being unprofessional and rude she just brushed us off like we didnt even matter. When I asked her a simple question about why they made half our party wait until we got there to ring separate orders up she just told us to talk to the guy standing next to her and continued on with the next customer. The coke machine was continuously squirting water all over the floor. The ice was nearly empty and there were NO NAPKINS!!! We left as soon as we could. I am sure the next time we want Wing stop we will just make our way to the Cockrell Hill location. It is a little further but they are more customer service oriented.

Bad service. Every time i order, they forget something. They "don't charge me" but i don't care. When i order what i want, they have no right to edit it. Will also file a complaint with the company
