Wingstop, Denver, Colorado Restaurant Details

Food:

Girl was nice but rolls tasted horrible. They were very dry & tasted stale. Wings were pretty good. We probably won't go back there.

Never had so much freaking trouble ordering effing wings. I ordered online said location was unavailable, I called to ask if it went through, guys says hold on then hangs up, called back and pointed out that he hung up on me, "he didn't mean to", he asks if I wanna order again I say yes then he hung up once again. I called back and right of they tell me can u hold, I stated once again I've been getting hung up on and she says "oh, give me a couple mins". So I wait for 5 mins on the phone, she gets back and doesn't understand what the he'll I'm telling her. I finally put in my order but she was so unprofessional at the end with a nasty attitude, they can just keep their wings and shove them. Never had any issues with any wings places before. What the he'll is wrong with this people. If you don't like your job then find something else. Or fake it until you get gome, but don't make the customers pay for your shitty life.

Let's face it, they have good food cause it's wing stop but this location..... Terrible service!!! They forget something in every one of my orders, tonight was veggies, last time was dips, the time before that was the whole damn order!!! Beware of placing an order on line because 75% of the time they forget to put the order in at all and you'll wait three times the amount of time because they don't believe in on the fly! And you'll still be missing something. And they do nothing to make it better... Hell even Taco Bell gives you free cinatwists when they forget a taco... Not this wing stop though and if you call to complain, don't bother, there is no manager, I can't tell you how many times I've called and no manager exists at this location!! And the attitude of the employee is "deal with it" I will officially be driving a few extra minutes to patronize a different location or find a new wing place all together.... Anyone know of a different place to get good wings???

Ordered online and was told 20 min but waited a little longer, but expected this at 9pm on a Sunsay night. The front counter was nice, attentive and gave me a drink while I waited because it wasn't ready in time. The wings are bomb and that is the most important part.

Horrible service. If you want your company to grow you have to invest in a decent staffing model. Waited on hold 10 minutes and was hung up on. Called back waited 7 min 36 sec only to call back and was told that the Waite was 1.5 hours. A half hour longer than my first call. So sad to have good food but bad service.
