Wingstop, Fort Worth, Texas Restaurant Details

Food:

They have gotten better in the past 6 months I have to say.... a couple of order takers have very good customer service skills.... wait time not too bad vs. the visits I've encountered in the past.

Food:

Most unorganized and ghetto wingstop I have ever been to. At least 8 employees behind the counter running around not knowing what to do. It took 5 minutes to even be acknowledged the verbally when several employees made eye contact with me. Placed an online order, incompetent employees could not find order and said they would get it out to me "real quick". No thanks. Will never use this wingstop and do not recommend anybody to go in here unless you like to stand looking at the ceiling for an unprecedented amount of time and then only to be "helped" by the dumbest people.

Its at a convininient place great cusyomer service, usually packed at night because of games on tv but staff does well to keep up

This place sucks big time! We have ordered multiple times from here and they always get something wrong. They gave us a big bowl of ranch when it should have been the potato salad, who does that?! Pretty sure animals work here. Don't waste your money!

I went in to get my food and noticed that the bag was open. When i checked my food the fries and unfortunately the wings were cold. I asked the cashier named chelsea if they could remake it since it was so cold. She responded to me by saying that wingstop does not remake cold food and that there was nothing she would do. I go to wingstop just about maybe 3 times a week and spend a pretty little penny each time and to be told that i cant have fresh hot food especially when i get there maybe 5 to 10 min before my pick up time it makes me feel like i got cold food from the start. Not to forget that the chicken wasnt even cooked right. Im not saying everytime its perfect but when i do have problems they are fixed. It may be beneficial if there was always a manager available instead of leaving irresponsible and very rude young adult to manage somethung they obviously can't. Very very unacceptable!!
