Poor customer service never greeted from the time entered not busy at all. Negative Nancy aka Akua was the one who took our orders never smiled wasn't pleasant at all I've never eaten at a wing stop before 1st time she has no customer service skills at all wing stop must hate their employees since they all could care less about their jobs. I went to wash my hands no soap came to front to let them know Akua looks at me with a irritated look and says" we'll get it. "Looks down at her phone co worker standing right next to her doesn't move so I say I need to wash my hands looks up again and says again "we'll get it." Then finally goes to put hand soap . We wanted to cancel our order but my friend really wanted wings so we stayed but will not be returning. So sad .

Worst group of employees I have ever witnessed.
Absolutely no respect or professionalism.

I walked in to order a meal and even though there was nobody else in line to order I had to stand there for 10 minutes while workers made eye contact and still completely ignored me. I ended up turning around and walking out. I was in shock and thought I was being Punk'd.

Horrible people, slow sevice and the nasty smell of burnt wings. Not recomended to eat at this one!

The people that work at this establishment all need to be fired. It is the most inept group of human beings I have ever encountered in my entire life. They are lazy, can't do their job and seem to be stoned. Whomever owns this restaurant either doesn't care about their business or is blind and has no clue how to operate a business. Oh and I almost forgot… It's possibly in one of the trashiest locations in OKC outside of the south side. In lieu, if you want really crappy service and food that is horrible than this is the place for you.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Ordered 10 PC last Saturday evening picked up around 11:45 pm. It wasnt until I got all the way home that I realized how BURNT DRY and EXTREMELY OVERCOOKED my wings were. I wear braces, they were literally a threat to my metal mouth. I called & requested a manager the following afternoon....an employee says we don't have a manager, but I can help: he then said unless I could bring in the bad wings FROM LAST NIGHT...there's nothing they could do except advise me to call corporate. The worst! Needless to say: I will not be back!
