We love their food. We have never had any issues. The teriyaki chicken dinner is the best. Best eggrolls

very disappointed. bad management and delivery driver. they said 45 mihns. waited an hour and 15 mins. Gave the flip flopped delivery driver the money for the food. when we got inside to check our food we noticed our two main dishes was missing instead it was some random ribs?! Starving at this point and furious that it was NOT what we ordered. we called ask for a manager but they had to translate. person over the phone said that he was just over or hell be there. but we waited outside and no one showed up to come and fix our issue. then after they said happy holidays.....wtf...there was other days with issues that our food was missing or took too long but we digressed on those before because of the food. however, the other month i called during lunch and they said they had no delivery driver?.... they just gypped us out of our money tonight and all we wanted to have a nice meal. :( Q.Q they have good food here but ive learned now to always check your food before you give anyone money for it.. this is last time ever we go here until they learn how to properly handle customer service and have respectful drivers.

I have been going to Wok n Roll for a few years and have always been happy with the food however, lately, it has been slipping and today I stopped by only to get home and find rice in my takeout that should have been thrown out long ago. Very disappointing and am trying to decide if I want to go back. I'm very picky about my rice and this was the worst I've had in a long time.

This was my first time ordering from this place, I enjoyed what I had; Pepper stake. But the rise was bland, I got the fried rice there was no vegges in it and didn't have any meat. But the Wonton soup was AMAZING! It had a great taste. The order took way to long to get here. I even tried calling when it was passed an hour. They didn't answer. So I am very torn on this place. If I was to go back it would to an instore pick up of the wonton soup.
