Our meal was good, with one notable exception. Calamari appetizer, and my Chicken Caeser…both quite good. But my friend ordered the macaroni and cheese, but when we got it, it was only cheese! Seriously, after fishing through it we found one piece of macaroni! The waiter took it back to the kitchen, but then told us that the whole batch was like that. This implies that the food is either made somewhere else or at a minimum sometime earlier in the day, and all they’re doing is heating it up. Not impressive Wolfgang! Yes, they gave us a free dessert, which was excellent, but still, make your own food at each location.

Favorite place to have dinner on my most recent trip to L.A. It is expensive if you drink a lot. If you come here for just food it's fairly priced for it's quality. Service is lacking slightly, it's mostly due to the lack of waiters. Would recommend for a nice sit down dinner.

The service was very bad ,and you better order lots of Alcohol when you first get seated or the server will give you the ice cold treatment during your entire visit, anyways the food was horrible, the pizzas were burt on the bottom not cooked enough on top and they decided to wait 45 mins after we ordered to tell us "the ovens arent working right , the pasta entrees were very cold when they finally arrived, and the portion of pasta was so small you could have put it in a baby food jar lol "they automatically include tip on the bill for a group of 5 are you kidding me!!! and if you pay cash dont be suprised when they say " sorry we didnt have enough change to give you all your money back" i think thats illegal or it should be ...never, never again will i go to this over priced joke of a resturant...i will stick with the Yardhouse or Cheesecake factory.

Bad experience. Slow, demoralized service, high prices. Food was great. Don't get the water. It comes $7 a bottle.
