A "winner" from Simpson Wong (Cafe Asean), this midpriced West Villager plies "inventive" small plates that combine Pan-Asian flavors with "farm-fresh ingredients"; regulars say after a "fun cocktail" or two, the "tight squeeze" doesn't seem so bad – but you have to reserve ahead for the "great" duckavore feast.
