Best coffee in the area! Empanadas are a must and the people who work here are delightful.

Love this place. Not a fan of their burritos and sandwiches, and they don't have much of an eating space. But their empanadas are delicious! Also, their muffins, especially the chocolate one (ask to warm it up), and their "rocky road" cookies are heaven in the mouth! If you like your coffee quite strong, you'll probably like their coffee too. I hear their smoothies are great.
P.S.walk in with cash; they don't take credit cards.

Bought a strawberry banana smoothie and it was delicious. It was thick and really sweet. I hate when they dont spread the cream cheese for you though...

This hole in the wall is a go-to spot for Hunter College Students and Upper East Siders on the go. Not the kind of coffee place to sit and chat, but perfect for a good cup of coffee, a latte, a muffin or a pastry. I had a skim iced latte and a biscotti-- I will definitely be going back!
