04/01/2016 8:45 pmIt's easy to walk right past this Chinatown hole-in-the-wall, but its authentic pho and other sweet, salty, caramelized Vietnamese dishes are not to be missed; the cafeteria-style vibe is also mitigated by such inexpensive tabs. |

06/02/2015 6:37 pmSo good. Everything on their menu is delicious. Often I just go for their appetizers like their roasted quail; vietnamese egg, crepe with shrimp, pork, onions and beansprout; or fresh spring rills with shrimp and pork. I always order the coconut bubble tea. |

02/13/2015 6:33 pmA lot of people seem to like this place and yes, the food is pretty good, relatively cheap, and service is quick. But having moved from LA, the Vietnamese food here just doesn't compare. The bun bo hue was large, the broth spicy but not that deep in flavor. The beef was on the chewy side. It still hit the spot, but you can find better - maybe not in Boston, but elsewhere. |

01/08/2015 12:13 amNice little place with a lengthy menu. My friend an I had Pho. Both were very tasty with a decent amount of meat but it did have some peices of fat :(. Would go back. |

01/07/2015 9:32 pmChicken Curry Vermicelli Soup is AWESOME! Very flavorful. Fresh Lime soda is a good choice too. If soup is not your thing, go for the special house clay hotpot. Served in a hot clay bowl, mix-ins get caramelized to the sides, phenomenal. I go to eat in Chinatown at least once a week, and this place is by far my favorite! |

09/24/2014 6:18 amThis is a decent little Chinatown place with a huge menu. Basically Vietnamese, although there were some other dishes. The service wasn't as quick as the comparable places on Baxter in New York (that's an apt comparison, I think), but it was fast enough. The staff was nice. The beef with vermicelli wasn't the best ever, but it hit the spot and came with a bunch of veggies. My friend got some sort of chicken in a sauce, it looked like a Thai curry, but didn't taste like it, and he liked it, although it wasn't my favorite. We also tried smoothies with boba, which were good. The boba was maybe a little overcooked, but that works well with frozen drinks. We had no problem finding metered street parking nearby. |
