I went there for my friends babies first b-day party and the service was very prompt, the food was tasty and everyone was very accommodating considering there is a bunch of kids running around. The place has 2 sections with separate entrances so if you have a private party it can be completely private which is great.

Great place for cocktails and a night out on the town. I come here for girl's night out.
The drinks average at $15 and than we order food for the table and share.
Good crepes, and Russian/French fusion if you can imagine that combination.
The place is nice and holds parties too.
It's always crowded and Russian patrons come dressed up. Don't wear casual clothes, you will feel out of it.
Food is usually good, the menu needs a little refreshing.

Used to be a truly unique place with fresh, amazing food and great service. I used to go there every month or so and would get either shrimp and asparagus or shrimp and mixed veg. They closed down for a while due to a fire and recently reopened. I was overdue for my crepes and was very excited to go back. It was disappointing. The new decor is very different from the previous and is also not bad. But the food was awful. My shrimp were rubber and my asparagus very chewy. It felt like ti was prepared previously and microwaved for me. They were famous for remembering your order w/o writing anything down and this time the waiter forgot or messed up half of our order. I would still recommend as the place is a nice experience and a great time, especially if you come in the summer and sit outside overlooking the bay.
