02/14/2016 9:49 pmWent with 5 others on Valentine's day weekend. Overall experience.... meh. Food was very good, but only when we had to send our steaks back because they were overcooked. There were 4 in our party that ordered steaks, and 3 had to send them back. Once redone, the steaks were very good. But it still took about 25 minutes to have them returned to us. On the good side, they DID give us a very discounted bottle of wine. But for what we paid for the meal, I think this was unacceptable. The server had 3 tables and we hardly saw him. We had to flag him down to get any attention. Overall I thought we were "processed" in and out, and we didn't have a very good personal experience. I think there are better places for the money. I will not go back. |

01/12/2016 12:23 amHands down the best steakhouse in Cleveland! From the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, there is a reason that XO has thrived in the warehouse district for 10+ years. The owner is personally involved and makes certain that all his guests enjoy a great experience. As a frequent restaurant goer both in Cleveland and across the US, there is a reason that XO has been my favorite go to restaurant. Regardless of the occasion, you will not be disspointed! |

08/23/2015 3:23 amI ate at XO for the first time with the biggest group of people in the restaurant on a Saturday night. The food was wonderful but the customer service was not matching the price you pay. Highly disappointing. The shots we received had strange red objects in them as well as having to return a steak for it being over cooked. (No big deal as most of us are in customer service and understand that it's not the waiters fault). But some random man came over and took the overcooked steak off the plate without explaining, also without introducing himself or apologizing. I'm assuming it was the manager? On top of all of the employees having an awful attitude..we entered the bathroom only to see one of the employees crying. Just a strange experience on all of our behalf and overall a bad vibe. Food was amazing but will most likely never come back. |
