Best Sushi in Vegas! 11am-11pm, AYCE $23.95. Lunch AYCE 11am-3pm, $20.95. My favorite is the "Happy Ending" roll.

Great variety, very good service. Great food for good price.
The all you can eat is great

Wow. Even though the all you can eat is $25 you'll easily eat that in the first three things you order. The rolls and fish aren't exquisite in any way but if you're new to sushi this would be a great way to try new things! The quality is on par or better than the many sushi restaurants I've been to in the 8-10$ per roll price range.

There was a time back in the day (of faster metabolisms) where a place like this would have been my dream. Their AYCE terms are quite generous: $23.95 for dinner (2 hr limit) where you can order off practically the whole menu (certain higher-ticket items are just one order per customer), dessert included. This is a rundown of what I had:

GOOD: salmon sushi (fresh and generously portioned), eel sushi (well-prepared without too much sauce), seafood salad (a sashimi salad--large chunks of fish, good dressing), broiled yellowtail collar (good), some kind of spicy something roll (if you like rolls you're in luck!), free dessert (can't go wrong with ice cream!), friendly and fast service.

MEH: their sushi rice overall (I know not to expect good sushi rice at these kinds of places and this was no exception), uni and scallop sushi (since this is a higher-ticket item you're entitled to only one order, but honestly, who'd want another lackluster quality order?), sweet shrimp (shrimp was ok but not butterflied and put on rice and the deep-fried head was a monstrously breaded and fried travesty).

I'm definitely at that point where I'd rather have a little something really good rather than a lot of something just OK. That said, if you're looking for a sushi bargain in the desert, this could be a worthwhile stop.

BEST sushi in Las Vegas!!! Been going here for years. The service is fast and the sushi is very fresh. All you can eat is the best option. Great price for lunch or dinner. And they prepare and serve your multiple orders the fastest I have ever seen. I hate going anywhere else for sushi in Las Vegas
