Yazoo Bbq Co, Denver, Colorado Restaurant Details

Food:

Ordering was a little difficult. The menu board behind the counter was laid out a little confusing. Other than that they have excellent BBQ. They also have a small parking lot in front.

Food:

The BBQ is fantastic, but the sides are pedestrian. I question whether they are made in house, or simply purchased at the grocery store. The meat is the saving grace though, and the Rib Tips are the best in town.

Nice atmosphere, good smoked wings and sides, but sadly the brisket tasted like a pot roast, and the rib tips were tough and dry. I still plan on going back to try the "Bob"

For a bbq craving, Yazoo may suffice. I would say it compares with Brother's BBQ. But if you want bbq cooked with love, where the fat melts in your mouth and the servers know what burned ends are, this is not the place. I had the brisket and ribs, both were dry and I prefer not to add sauce to make the meat for flavorful.
